What are all the default project roles created in JIRA cloud.

What are all the default project roles created in JIRA cloud. 

Is it Administrators, Developers, and Users? If yes, where we can see the same roles.

As of now i see only Administrators and atlassian-addons-project-access under project roles.

Could you please help me on this?

Hello,

It does not matter which roles are created by default. You can always delete or add new roles.

Different plugins may add new roles so what is default is a different on case by case basis. Project Roles are global for the system and can be found here [DOMAIN]/secure/project/ViewProjectRoles.jspa. 

In cloud you are most likely going to have 

• Administrators 
• Developers
• atlassian-addons-project-access (Are added by Atlassian Connect https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/integrating-with-jira-cloud/)
• Service Desk Customers (if you also have Jira Servicedesk)
• Service Desk Team (if you also have Jira Servicedesk)

But again it is going to differ based on your installation!

Do not remove them as they are there for a reason. Instead just create new roles and assign those to whatever you require. If you want to be sure what you have done and what is created by the system use a prefix or something that you define. That way you will always know what is yours and what is the systems.

If i create new role named as Test_User Access, How to assign the responsibilities/restrictions on JIRA access to that role?

For example, for the role i have to give only view access, how could i process on this?
