From How To Get Legendary Support:

  • Atlassian Support will help with workarounds and bug reporting.
  • Critical bugs will generally be fixed in the next maintenance release.
  • Non critical bugs will be scheduled according to a variety of considerations.

Number of Votes on the bug? And may be the criticality of it? I am sure you will know better ;)

Votes definitely plays an important part in the roadmap as I know it! Would be interesting to know what are the other parameters.
