Hi @Vasu Aneeth ,
Do you use Sprints? If you do, then the Sprint Report is the best KPI solution for you, from my standpoint. If you figure out that you need more sophisticated solution to track and improve performance of teams using sprints, you can use the app I developed - Multi-team Scrum Metrics & Retrospective.
With it you can get this view:

Hi @Vasu Aneeth,
Welcome to the community.
KPIs are something specific to every project/team. Jira offers all kind of gadgets and reports that are configurable in some extent and let you display various stats based on your needs. Also, some default numbers/KPIs are displayed in Insights and project summary view.
Whether these are enough or not depends on your needs. So what KPIs are you trying to display in Jira?
For effective KPIs and metrics, my advice is to create Jira dashboards with the necessary gadgets on them. Jira offers some good gadgets by default, but you can add more by installing plugins from Atlassian Marketplace.
If you consider using plugins, you can also take also a look over our Great Gadgets app which offers many gadgets that allow you to calculate and display project key-numbers and KPIs. Take a look at these gadgets in particular:
Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget - lets you display all kind of statistics in form or pivot tables, heat-map tables or pivot charts, just like in Excel
Advanced Issue Filter Formula gadget - lets you calculate and display KPIs based on custom math formulas and issues from multiple filters
Issue Filter Formula gadget - calculates and displays simple formulas like Count, Sum, Average, etc based on issue and displays it in form of number, colored-number of gauge chart
