What are the methods which can use to access scheme through API?

Following schemes are i can not access through API . I using jira 4.3.3 version

1.WorkflowScheme

2.Issue Type Screen Scheme

3.Field Configuration Scheme

4.Mail Configuration

Can you help me to figure out the methods which i can use to access these schemes.
