When I am seeing an issue in the queue, what does 'next' issue mean?

What is the criterion of the order?

Hi @regpath ,

Welcome to the Community! When you create a queue, you use a JQL query to order your tickets. Based on that order you define which one is the previous and which one is the next one. E.g., in my queue I'm ordering them by created date in descendent order, so the next ticket will be the ticket that I created before the selected one.

Hi and welcome,

in the queues you have some issue . Previous are the issues up in the queues and next is down.
The order of the issues in the queues you can define in the queues settings with JQl like order BY .or in the basic view in the order tap .
