What icons are you talking about exactly? Project avatars, the look and feel settings for the cloud site, or emojis? And what does it look like when you say, "it does not load correctly"? You should generally be okay with *.jpg, *.gif, and *.png files. Depending on where you want to add them, you see a recommendation for the dimensions and size limit, and sometimes even an editor to crop the picture.
