What happens to add-ons when migrating JIRA Server from Windows to Linux

I am looking to move JIRA from a windows server to Linux but wondered how it would affect the add-ons we have paid for?
Are they all cross compatible or do I need to check each one indiviually to see if it runs on linux or not?

I have never seen an add-on with different distributions for Linux and Windows. I guess they are all compatible.
