My System running already Apache tomcat 9.0.
Then how would i have to install JIRA with SSL.
Installing JIRA as a WAR file on an existing Tomcat instance is not supported anymore.
JIRA comes with its own Tomcat version and you can install it separately. You can see this documentation for running JIRA on HTTPS: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/running-jira-applications-over-ssl-or-https-938847764.html
And also want to know, how I can associate ssl certificate on existing jira?
Like, I have only .crt file from COMODO and Jira configuration tool asking for .jks file and keystore passwod.
Please help me in that also.
