What is causing the current problem downloading Jira Capture from Chrome Store?

Possibly a similar problem to this SOLVED from 2014 but has definitely been working for most of the time since then

I'm trying to set up the app but the chrome extension link is going to a 404 including the link above - I've searched the chrome store as well but can't see it on there.

Still no joy here @Thomas Kathriner  :( 

It's the link mentioned in https://zephyrdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CAPTURE/pages/166068278/Installing+the+Capture+for+JIRA+extension+in+Chrome that isn't working. Users who had it installed before are ok, but new installs not possible on that browser.
