What is correct way of moving ticket to correct status - For below scnario

As a tester , during testing i found some issue so i have created the ticket but later on developer says its not bug then as a tester is it the correct to close the ticket or should reject ?

Close the Ticket with the Resolution "Cancelled" or "Rejected"
