These are the objectives I should be handling with during the project:
I already started working with a few team players on the store without using Jira, and only after that I decided to put everything on Jira.
So currently the involved parties (website developers, contractors, graphic designers etc..) are not shared with the project, I'm communicating with them through external channels. (while this may change later on)
I wanted to have an interface where I could see the big picture of the project in an organized manner. so right now the project should be for my eyes only.
Questions:
What kind of board should I use?
The above objectives like Design and IT ecosystem involve a lot of tasks, should I treat them as Epics, as projects or as boards within one project considering the large amount of tasks involved in each objective?
If they are divided to separated projects? can I create one report for multiple projects activities?

I am not sure you are taking the problem by the right end. If I were you I would start listing all tasks. Then think about how you want to categorize them. They are many ways to display tasks you can also think about quick filters in one same board or using component or a custom field and create swimlanes.
Trello is good as it is lighter when you start such project. But you can do the same with Jira, create one projet, list your task and as the needs are coming to you it will be obvious to choose such or such way to categorize your tasks.
The general idea is, focus on your business and Jira will support it :)

Thank you very much, it seems that we will choose another platform for managing our projects rather than Jira, perhaps in the future we will come back to it.
