I generally work off of the RapidBoard for my sprints. If I click Create Issue, and then save that issue, briefly there is an option to add it to my sprint. However, if I miss that option - what's the easiest way to add that issue to a sprint?
My current method is to go to the backlog and then drag/drop from the long list of bugs up to the current sprint.
Is there is a better way?
Thanks. My main pain points are adding to a sprint when:
- The JIRA issue is existing and I decide I have time to work it into the sprint, and I want to add the issue to my sprint.
- I create the issue from within the sprint, but miss the option to "Add to sprint" - and then my issue is dropped into the general issue "bucket" with all of the other tickets - and I need to get it into my sprint.
If there was only an option on an issue to 'Add to Sprint'...
Easiest way is:
Go to your issue and `edit` it.
After you will find `more` option.
Under that `sprint` option is present.
You can add issue to any sprint from here.
Thanks

Hi Jonathan,
An alternative could be to create the new sprint, select all affected issues for that sprint and use bulk edit to set the Sprint field. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-core-cloud/docs/edit-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time/

I prefer the current method you're using. However, you know before hand the sprints that you'll be working on, you can create the sprints in advance and assign the newly created tickets.
