What is the best way to automatically create standard tickets for the project?

I want to a way where a set of standard ticket can automatically created as I create a project, preferably a way I can set this for different type of projects

Use JJUPIN, add a listener on the 'Project created' event. In that listener, do your stuff.

I would say you can create a script to use the REST API and create the bunch of issues you need.
