What is the best option, to create JIRA task, when SharePoint Online list item is added and then, update SharePoint item, when JIRA task is updated.

@Arslan Akmatov , you achieve this by;

1. configuring webhooks in Jira. Define the name, URL, scope, and events for the webhook.

2. then configuring the team site in SharePoint, add Jira connector to the team site and configure the connector.

3. don't forget to test the connection by creating defined events that you need Jira to transfer to your connected SharePoint.
