What is the best way to manage risks?

Hey there

I'm looking for best practice on how to manage and report on risks. I've got the Risk Register add on and I definitely do not think my methodology is the most efficient!

Please let me know if there are any other - potentially built into Jira - solutions or suggestions for me to capture, manage and report on risks.
