What is the right way to monitor tasks/issues assigned to the team?

Hello,

What is the right way to monitor tasks/issues assigned to the team?

We have 9 members, we assign multiple tasks/issues to users from different projects.  Is there a table view where we can see all tasks/issues list in addition to useful columns (e.g. status, sprint name, assignee, etc) with the ability to filter?

For example, I want to see a table of tasks assigned to the user1 with the status DONE

I was able to get something close in the dashboard -watched issues widget- but there is not filter

Any thoughts?

Hi @Mohammad Kettaneh
You can try the eazyBI app for different reporting, analysis, and visualization. Besides different charts, you can also create a task/issue list with different issue properties and add fields (dimensions) in Pages for filtering the results based on different parameters.
See on how it can look in this example report from the eazyBI demo account:

The dashboard is definitely the right place to be doing this, and I think you are pretty close already.

With a dashboard (well, any reporting really), you need to be thinking of two things - "what issues am I interested in reporting on?", and then "what do I want to see about them?"

The most obvious gadget for you given your statement "see all issues ... useful columns" is the "filter results" gadget.   This demands a filter as a parameter, so you need to search for the issues you want to report on in it, save it as a filter and tell the gadget to use your saved filter.

So, "I want to see a table of tasks assigned to the user1 with the status DONE" - that would be "assignee = user1 and status = done"
