A custom field was created in the system: [CHART] Time in Status
Which is returning the following information to a ticket, for example:
10090: 1 transition, total time taken: 5,574,070 units.
10051: 1 transition, total time taken: 3,142,880 units.
10050: 1 transition, total time taken: 2,230 units.
10096: 2 transitions, total time taken: 430,647,938 units.
10044: 1 transition, total time taken: 0 units.
10136: 1 transition, total time taken: 4,216,022 units.
How to find out which unit of measurement this 'unit' is?
And what is the way to associate the IDs with the status as a From>To?

Hi @Luã Prata -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
That is not a built-in Jira field, and was likely added by a marketplace addon / app.
Perhaps work with your Jira site admin to identify the addons and then contact the vendor to check their documentation.
Kind regards,
Bill
