I am using Tempo Plugin 7.5.2.1 in Jira OnDemand.
What permissions control if a user can use the More -> Tempo -> Accounts/View All Accounts and More -> Tempo -> Timesheets/Account functionality? It seems that only users who are part of the Jira 'administrator' group can view this, or is there another way to grant permissions without giving 'administrator' group.
My answer below was sent via our User Voice earlier today. Please consider the following if you don t want your users to see account details as mentioned in Benedikt s answer above.
Hi Amy
The user has to have the following permissions to be able to view worklogs for all Accounts in the system.
1. Greate a group (i.e. finance) and add the user to this group.
2. Select this group in Tempo Time Tracking Permission
https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO/Tempo+Permissions#TempoPermissions-TempoTimeTracking
3. Create a Team and select this group as Team Leader role (no need to have user or group in Team member)
https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TEMPO/Manage+Teams
4. This user must have Browse Projects and Work On Issues for all projects in the system so you can select the 'finance' group for these permissions in the JIRA Permission Scheme.

Users in the finance group are now able to select All Accounts in Tempo navigation.

Hope this helps

Sounds like you are looking for "Allow team members to see account details" in Tempo Global Configuration.
