I have seen that in this instrument I can get the report on how much time is spent by every user for the project. Question is I need also the report how much time is spent on a certain task(s) in a certain project. Also the ratio of the tasks should be filtred. For example I need to get the report only on completed tasks. The logic is as following:
Project - Tasks(of the project) - author (representative of client whose task it is) - date - hours spent by users (should be sorted out by description of work)
Hi, @Saidamir Kobiljonov! 👋
The built-in Jira reports don’t offer that level of granularity, especially when you want to filter by task status (like only completed), group by fields like “author,” and view time by user, task, and work description.
You’re essentially describing a custom time reporting structure — and that’s exactly what JetTime was built for. It lets you break down time by any field (including custom ones), filter by issue status, and generate grouped, detailed reports like:
Project → Task → Author → Date → Work description → Time spent
You can easily export and share reports, and it’s free for up to 10 users. If your team is larger, the price is super friendly — just $0.30 per user per month.

If you don't mind getting a third-party app for your Jira instance, then I can recommend our app, developed in-house by SolDevelo, called "Worklogs - Time Tracking and Time Reports".
Worklogs allows you to precisely filter the company’s logged work with a wide range of filters such as users, issues, issue types, labels, date range and more.
Worklogs is also easy to use and versatile, allowing to create flexible time reports and filter them in a granular manner, making it a great choice both for Jira newcomers and long-time users.
The filtered data can be then saved as reports that can be shared internally with colleagues and also exported to a .XLSX spreadsheet file for external use.
It's worth noting that the app uses Jira's native time tracking, meaning that any time tracked previously with this method before its installation will be immediately present in the app allowing you to display your desired report.
You can try out the app for free for 30 days through our marketplace page. You can also book a demo with one of our experts and we will showcase the app and answer any questions you might have.
Enjoy!

Hello @Saidamir Kobiljonov
Welcome to the community!
There is no built in solution in Jira for this. So in order to track the time spent on each status & each assignee I suggest you use a marketplace app. Timepiece - Time in Status for Jira ,the oldest and leading "Time in Status" app in Atlassian Marketplace, which is developed by my team at OBSS, has several report types that will meet your need. Our app is available for both Jira Cloud, and Data Center.
Timepiece mainly allows you to see how much time each issue spent on each status or each assignee.
Status Duration report which shows how much time each issue spent on each status.
Assignee Duration report which shows how much time each assignee spent on each issue.
If you want a combination of these two you can use Assignee Duration per Status or Status Duration per Assignee reports.
he app calculates its reports using already existing Jira issue histories so when you install the app, you don't need to add anything to your issue workflows and you can get reports on your past issues as well.
Timepiece reports can be accessed through its own reporting page, dashboard gadgets, and issue view screen tabs.
Visit Timepiece - Time in Status for Jira to experience the full range of features.
Best Regards,
Ayça

You might consider using time-tracking apps that in most cases have a customizable report of tracked time on issues.
I can recommend our Clockwork Automated Time Tracking & Timesheets Pro or Lite app, which allows you to track time for individual users across the projects, and this data using timesheets and create reports that can be configured in various ways using break-down and filtering options.
Using timesheets, you can create a report and filter it based on several options including, projects, issue types, issues labels, or other fields. You can choose a range for a whole year and break down the data by chosen fields. This information can be also exported to Excel files.
Please find below the sample of how the timesheet looks like:
