What settings have changed in our JIRA?

It looks like some settings have changed automatically in JIRA, profile picture as well as Project Profile photos does not show up properly. It shows some error kind of sign on Logo.

Can anyone tell us why this is happening?

Hi @Sonali Salve 

There could be multiple reasons which could break profile or project pictures to load. on top of my head comes are Unable to Upload User Avatar and Default Profile picture is broken in JIRA applications, if this doesn't help reach out to atlassian they would be able to find the problem.
