We have an existing Confluence site which we host. We use Jira Core Cloud and need to be able to utilize the "link to a confluence page" button within issues however, each time I attempt to link a page to an issue I receive this error: You need to authorize this pages' Confluence site.
How do I go about resolving this issue?
Hi, I had the same issue and resolved it like so:
As user in Jira open the Default Dashboard. With the application links set up, the dashboard will try to pull information from Confluence in the Activity Stream widget and here you will be prompted to authenticate.
Hope this helps.

Same issue here. Our Confluence was linked successfully to a cloud Jira in "Configure Application Links", but the error is still there.
