I am the Mobile Team Lead and I am happy to answer you.
We are using in both iOS and Android native apps. We code in Swift and Kotlin.
In terms of the libraries we are using you can always go to :
Profile -> Settings -> About Jira -> Open Source Projects
and you are going to be able to see all the libraries/technologies that we have in the App.
I don't want to be more specific here because we are adapting fast to the ongoing technologies and don't want this question to get outdated :)
