What template should i use

Comming from a MantisBT environment i wonder what would be the best Jira template to use. MantisBT is like Bugzilla a bug registration tool.

Please help me out on this

I wouldn't tell you to use any particular template based on the source of the data you want too import or work with.  You should use the template that is closest to the way you want to work in the future!

But given a soure of Mantis, I'm with @G subramanyam - the bug tracking template is the first one to have a look at, it's the closest to Mantis.
