On Friday afternoon, our sprint board was visible with stories and subtasks. The backlog was visible. Today there's nothing. No backlog, no board, but teammates can see it and update. Any suggestions on how to get back the info that was visible Friday? It's odd that the only member of the team unable to see it is the scrum master (me).
This sounds like a permission issue. Have the project (or Jira) admin check your roles in the project. For Jira admin users, there's also a permission checker tool where they can test your access.
