When I buy JIRA Software, does it include JIRA Core?

Hi,

Is JIRA Software an add-on to JIRA core?  Or can I just buy "JIRA Software" and get all the features of JIRA Core + the features of JIRA Software?

JIRA Software is an application that runs on a JIRA Core platform.  (I'm being fussy about wording because "add-on" is a different thing to an application.  Despite the fact that they are both things you add to JIRA Core)

A JIRA Software download  includes Core because it is needed to run Software on top of.  And, of course, JIRA Software licences automatically include a Core licence (i.e. if you give a user access to Software, they can use all the Core functions too)

So, when I go to https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/pricing?tab=cloud and see that it is $75/month for 15 users, is that the true cost?

Or do I also have to pay another $75/month to get JIRA Core, too?  (Thus, total would be $150/month for 15 users).
