Somebody help me on this
When a transition button is pressed and a comment is made as a part of transition email notification is not going .
Example : when I press on "Require more info button " in workflow and comment (this is the part of transition screen) like
"I need more details about the product hence sending back ticket to customer support " .
customer support is not getting email alert .
Please help me to fix this .
When I directly write a comment at the bottom of the ticket email notifications are going

As I understand this is Jira not Jira Service Desk, correct?
Can you check your project's notification scheme? Issue Updated notification should have groups or users on it, maybe it is empty that's why no mail is sent.
