When attempting to access a ticket we created an error appears

When clicking on the ticket a small window appears that states," We couldn't connect to that issue"

We haven't made a change to out Jira environment. Also, using Chrome and Edge for web browsers and the issue is seen on both. Lastly, all users with access to this jira instance in our company to work IT tickets is experiencing this issue.

Are we able to report this issue to Jira? This was my attempt at submitting a ticket to them about this.

Same issue. Logged out and now getting an Internal Server Error when attempting to login.

Same here, many 502 (Bad Gateway) error return from api calls.
