When doing a sandbox refresh will any workflows or rules be affected that I created in sandbox?

I have created workflows and rules in sandbox. We plan to do a refresh next week will the workflows and rules I created be deleted when the refresh is complete?

Refresh does copy the data, However When you copy data from your production environment to its sandbox, keep in mind that It will replace any existing data in your sandbox with the new data that gets copied over. Every new data copy will overwrite any existing data in your sandbox.

You can think of a data copy as "refreshing" your sandbox to match production, aside from configuration which it doesn't include (eg. automation rules).

So anything which is in your Sandbox now, but is not in Production, will be removed/deleted - so I wouldn't do it until you no longer require anything being developed in your sandbox.
