We're using hosted Jira.

We tried installing portfolio via Atlassian Marketplace for JIRA.

Hi Patrick,

I reviewed the log messages you linked, but none of these are related to any error that appears during the add-on addition.

Can you try installing the Portfolio add-on manually?

1. Download the latest Portfolio OBR file here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.radiantminds.roadmaps-jira/versions
2. Go to JIRA Settings > Add-ons > Manage add-ons
3. Click Upload add-on and browse for the downloaded OBR file

If this doesn't work, please attach the screenshot of the error you get in your browser.

I'm having the same issue. 

I tired your solution but I'm still getting an error message while trying to install Portfolio for JIRA.
