When is JIRA 5 available?

I'm just curious if there is a planned release date for JIRA 5.0 posted anywhere on the site. I have attempted to find it, but am rendered unsuccessful.

Thanks for the email. We are planning to have JIRA 5 released in the coming weeks (aiming to have it out by the end of February) - I'm afraid we don't have an exact date.

We don't have an official release date as of yet. We're currently on 5.0 RC3 so we're getting closer and closer but no official date.
