Hello guys,
When moving to 'done' status on Kanban board, it displayed both completed area and done area. (Company project on JIRA cloud.)
I hope to display only done area.
Can you help me?
Thanks,
Hi Dan - welcome to the Atlassian community!
Both the done and completed sections are mapped to statuses on your board. To only have the Done status, go to Board Settings, then columns.
Drag the completed status from the last column to the right, where it will not be displayed on the board.
If your settings look like they do, then there should be no way that you are getting the same view when dragging an issue to the last column.
Are you sure you are on the same board? When you are in your view like the image below, do you just do the Back to Board button and look from there?

Hello @Ollie Guan and @John Funk ,
Thanks for your reply.
I have already mapped only 'DONE' status, but it has a problem like my question.
Do you have any idea for helping me?
Thanks,
Dan

The problem still exist after modify the configuration?
Please try to create a new Kanban Board with the same configuration, will this problem reproduce?

Hi @Dan ,
You need to remove the redundant status in the column match and keep only one.
