in jira when issue created on service desk project we set a automation rule like the issue will clone and create a issue ( story) on software project, so now I need to set a rule like when the cloned issue is cancelled, closed or done status(software project) we need to moves the orginal issue (service desk project)status into closed. Can you please show me the rule.
