When will the new issue view support linked stories for epics?

I have a Kanban board of the Epics in my project.

The new issue view is nice, but it does not show the stories linked to an Epic, and there is no way I can find to get to the old issue detail view.

As a result I have had to turn off the new issue view temporarily.

When will the new issue view display the list of stories within an Epic?

I see that on the new agility boards, which have a vew similar to the new issue view, there is already some basic support for linked issues, though it doesnt yet support Epics

Thanks

Hey @Nigel Johnston – this is definitely something we plan to support in the near future, but I unfortunately can't provide you with a specific timeline for when we would support showing a list of issues within an epic in the new design.

If the new design currently doesn't meet your needs, you can go back to the old view by switching the feature off in your user profile.

If you have any feedback for the team you can click the "Give feedback" button in the top right. We read this daily and use this to inform what we build and improve next.

You can also read https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiracorecloud/the-new-jira-issue-view-938040503.html to learn more about the new issue view and "Watch" the page to get notified of when we make improvements to the experience.
