Whenever I try and access the Agile page it constantly reloads

Hi Joey,

My first suggestion is to use a different browser, this will allow us to confirm if the behaviour is browser or application specific.

The next check would be the JIRA Agile plugin. You will be able to access the plugin from: https://<your_instance>/plugins/servlet/upm#manage

Search on 'JIRA Agile' and confirm 216 modules are enabled. You can perform 'Disable' then 'Enable' to reinitialise the plugin on your instance.

Doesn't work on any browser (FF, chrome, safari)

When I try and access the plugin via https://<your_instance>/plugins/servlet/upm#manage it encounter the same problem.

Thanks Joey, I've not seen this behaviour before and would like to review the logs in your OnDemand instance. Could you raise a ticket is support.atlassian.com? Once we have a solution I'll be sure to post back here incase someone else encounters this issue in the future. Cheers, Paul.

Hi Joey,

I've found the ticket, however I will need you to raise the ticket in support.atlassian.com, this allows me to confirm the OnDemand instance that has been affected.

jira.atlassian.comis for raising bugs and improvement requests, whereas support.atlassian.comis for support requests from customers.
