Where Scripted field is hiding?

Hi, I'd like to create custom Scripted field, but I can't find it on a list of custom fields. I'm using JIRA 5.2, with Confluece. I've found some screenshot on internet with this field, so I know it exists, but why can't I find it on my instantion? Any ideas how could I create it?
