Where can I find the Server ID (latest version of Jira)?

Does anyone know where I can find the Server ID? I've read the help section that I need to go to System Info, but I cannot find it. Probably have the latest version. The design looks different (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Where-I-can-find-Server-ID-in-JIRA-7-7-1/qaq-p/774841)

Hi @Voor Naam

• In any screen (when you have no field selected) type "g g"
• a box will open and now type "system info"
• Click on it in the list as soon as you see it
• Log in if you need to 
• search for "server ID" (try using "ctrl - f" and typing server ID)

It should be there

Thank you for your answer! When I try to search for "system info" I get no results. 

Background information: I am a student and I received a free license for Jira. I have made a free account (which is valid for 4 days). Now I am trying to insert the Server ID to the license page. Is it by chance not working, because I have a trial version (or hosting on Atlassian)?

Hi @Voor Naam,

you can not use a license on Jira Cloud. Jira Cloud is Subscription based, so you will have to subscribe to this to keep using it.

If you want to use your license, you will have to switch to a self hosted Server installation.
