Where did my case go?

Hi there,

I added a status to my workflow, added transitions, and configured the board by adding the appropriate column. When I drag my case to the next task, it disappears in the new column. Did I do something wrong?

My guess is that your board filter excludes it

Yes, I figured that out after I posted this. How do I update the filter? I tried to edit it, but it doesn't save. How do I save a new filter?

It'll save a copy unless you are the owner of it.  But you should be able to swap the board to the new one
