Where do i find the swimlanes feature?

I tried looking in board settings and I could only find "add rules" option

where is swimlanes?

You need to have Board admin rights in Jira to configure swimlanes

You are using "next-gen" projects as they support "rules"

Currently its not possible to have swimlanes on the next-gen projects, open ticket here

If you want to use swimlanes on Jira cloud, you need to use "classic" project instead of "next-gen"
