This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: JIRA Miscellaneous Workflow Extensions (JMWE) removal from JIRA Cloud
Hello,
We are using many of the extensions that will be removed from Jira. The article says that a new version of JMWE will be available to take care of this.
How do we know we will get the new extension before the existing JMWE is turned off in July? If it's not going to be available before then we need to re-write our workflows which is going to require some planning and effort.
Regards,
Avner
We are also concerned about this.
Last week we tested our instance by turning the plugin off and we got several errors transitioning issues through our workflow, so we had to turn it on back immediately.
We would like to get known which is the status of this migration and mitigation measures to avoid affecting our ongoing projects when this plugin gets removed from JIRA Cloud.
Thanks in advance.
Hi we have the same issue here.
It is not acceptable at all!! Good change management Atlassian! What do you know about it?
Do you believe an article can resolve all the problems?

Less than a month is not enough time for companies to plan affected changes. Also, our department requires testing the Connect Add-on before releasing to our users. The workflow is integrated with all development work moving through our IT PMO framework. Atlassian should provide / make the solution available 60 days before implementation for setup and testing purposes.

We're also looking for information on this. Does anyone know if it'll continue to be free?

I have the same issue, how do we register to this notification to start migrating, this is a huge impact that requires time before it turns off.
