Where does the (current field) in the csv export come from in the issue?

Exporting a CSV from (current field) did not retrieve the fields to include custom fields in the issue.

(current field) is exporting the items and values you are displaying in the list?

Hello @jira-sales

Indeed, when you export a CSV, it will include all the columns that are currently visible in your view and not all fields visible inside a ticket

You can customize which columns are included by using the "Configure Columns" button.

Hope this can help you :)

"Current fields" type export typically mean that it will export the columns you selected in the Issue Navigator.

Are you exporting from the Issue Navigator screen and the columns in the CSV are different from the columns you see on the web UI?

When exporting a CSV from Jira, the fields included depend on the columns currently displayed in your issue list. If custom fields are missing, you might need an alternative approach like Skyvia (https://skyvia.com/data-integration/jira-csv-file-import-and-export), which allows you to export all issue data, including custom fields, without restrictions.
