Where does the herzum add in live in my config? We cannot find it and the conditions on my workflow do not work

Check it's installed and enabled in Admin -> Manage addons.  A lot of add-ons also provide a link to their config screens in there (getting started in the last one I looked at)

Thanks...we had looked in Manage Add-ons, and no sign of it ever being there. But when I searched it via Atlassian Marketplace in the Admin screen, it had the option only to "install" ...so it looks like we purchased it, but for some reason never installed it (we arent live yet, still in test with this implementation )
