I was working in JIRA yesterday and stumbled on another place where I was able to do an advanced search query, but I can't remember where I was. Any idea?
you see search for an issue. I think you gone from here
You probably found it while searching for an issue to link. If you go to the Link Issue page, you can search and there's a link to the advanced search. ;)

I really like this ability to use advanced search without going the issue navigator. Is it possible to bind this call to a hot key?
I'm looking at the page using Safari Inspector and I think (not a coder so I could way off here) that it is using the XHR file with the autocomplete.js . I've saved JIRA searches and made them into bookmarks for easy use. It is possible to something like this for this function?
