Just started a cloud test project and while I seem to have Jira Administrator permissions cannot seem to fully manage issues. Nothing I do seems to do anything to project and played with every setting and scheme and screen and field I can think of. Still cannot view or edit all default or custom fields, tabs, etc. and wondering if the orginal template of free plan is the restriction. Must be having a total brain freeze with the good old Jira interface (possible) or mind block to see that missing puzzle piece in using this new Jira issues experience... Need some brain slap to wake up :)
Hi @Ken Bartash ,
Even if you are a project admin, you must give yourself a role within the project. That role should have the browse project permission, in order to view the issues. So for that:
That should resolve the problem.
Under Project Settings don't see People, but under Access I am Administrator.

So you have created a TPM project and not a CMP (classic) project.
So you have created some issues which you can't see? Is the backlog enabled? Under "issues" you can't see any issue at all?

Can you post please some screenshots of your board and of your issues?

Hi Ken,
I would suggest you create a Company-managed project to test out the cloud version. It will be more like the original server version.
