Where is the Epic Panel in the new Jira navigation?

View settings (Backlog) no longer show Epic panel toggle in new Jira navigation. We utilize this as part of our backlog maintenance/prioritization as well as a quick view of Epics progress (progress bar here is the only easy place to see high-level progress across multiple Epics since the dashboard widget was removed).

Where is this in the new navigation? The navigation overview does not cover this.

You can enable the Epic panel if you go to the Backlog view and click on the down carrot next to Epic at the top, there you should see a slider to enable the epic panel.

Thanks. It wasn't there in the Epics drop down, nor in View Settings, but it was because it wasn't enabled in the board settings (it was in prod, and silly me... I didn't validate the settings matched in the sandbox first).

USER ERROR - The board testing the new navigation in the sandbox didn't match the board settings in prod - the "display in Epic panel on backlog" toggle wasn't selected in the sandbox board config. Resolved!

Hey there are 2 ways to enable the "Epic panel":

1. In the Backlog page, open the dropdown, then you will see a toggle on the footer:

2. Same Backlog page, open the "view settings" on the right side of the screen, then you will see the toggle.
