Where is the Estimation Setting?

Hi, the article below says that I should go to Board->Settings and I will find the "Estimation" setting there.

But when I go to the "Settings" section of my Project, there is no "Estimation" option.

Seems to be that the instructions are not updated. 

Any idea?

@mmesarinaYou  should create a  scrum  board, you  will  be added as admin(automatically)  then go to  configure,  there you will  find Estimation option.
