Where is the custom fields ID?

Aoife Browne August 26, 2019

I found an error with my emails creating tickets and it says its due to a value in the customfield_10235. When I go into the custom fields it does not show their original code name like this one. How do I find this custom field ?Custome field.PNG

Hi Aoife,

you can find the custom field ID in the URL when you try to View / Configure it in the Custom Field Configuration menu. More details here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-find-id-for-custom-field-s-744522503.html

Hope this helps.
