Where is the global-static.css file located?

Hello,

There is the need to update some hover colors, which are (regarding to Firebug) stored in the file "jira.webresources:global-static/jira.webresources:global-static.css".

I can't find a file "global-static.css" in the JIRA installation directory.

Could someone advise how to update the global-static.css file?

I'm looking for this same file but wasn't able to find it in the installation directory. Is it part of a compressed file?
