Where to address the following Jira Error

Jira gives ERROR: WDFOOA when I try to open one of my projects. Also my colleague receives, different type of error on the same project  ERROR:1S4LO7M.

Can someone please tell me if this is some kind of general problem with the Jira at the moment, or the error that is given is only for our project? Thank you

Hello Jovana i have ran into this issue aswell this seems to be an ongoing incident in Jira.
