Where to download the specific JIRA build#71001?

I am trying import project data from other JIRA instance  to my test environment and getting the error  as " The data appears to be from an older version of JIRA. Please upgrade the data and try again. The current version of JIRA is at build number '71003', but the supplied backup file was for build number '71001'"

Please suggest a solution to download  specific build 71001 or way to modify the data format.
