Where to find CSV import and where to edit workflows in the new UI?

I cannot find settings in the new JIRA where I would add custom fields, manage workflows and schemes. Also I cannot find where to import a CSV.

To add a custom field, manage workflow and schemes you should go to Settings->Issues

To import and CSV file you choose Issues->Search Issues (on the screenshot above) and then choose import issue from CSV file

This helped me too, the help page for importing from CSV should be updated to reflect this. It's really hidden now and its a feature I use all the time.
